A tractor can be bought from the market just with coins. This will speed up the game but you get limited free fuel every day. You can buy extra fuel with a credit card to get round this. If you buy an extra fuel tank it gives you 150 fuel but it won't fill up free on a daily basis. Once you have used all 150, you will need to buy again.
